Overall satisfied but with an issue identified after handover of the car. As a result of a system change within Group 1 BMW the wrong details have been submitted to the DVLA with regard to the name of the registered keeper.

Cant fault the service, but again with the distance out of the city, not being offered a courtesy car or a lift was a real pain. My car only had an MOT, i could not book a waiting slot, they needed it all day for that. I will never do that again!

Shame all spark plugs were not ordered in, considering initial remote diagnostics of the fault on my car indicated an error code specific to spark plugs. This meant the team had to keep my car another day - no major issue but would have been 5 stars

The Service advisor (Paris ) was excellent, but for the 3rd time with Group 1 the car not ready for the time I specified. I took the car in at 8 30 for a simple brake fluid change and asked for it to be ready by 3pm. I could not get it until 5.

The service was completed sooner than I expected - which was excellent. Dash cam had not been reinstalled. I really dislike organisations which more or less tell you to answer with 9 or 10 ratings. You clearly don't want fully truthful answers.

Service was really good and couldn't be faulted, Paris in particular was attentive, friendly and professional. The only reason I would hesitate to recommend main dealer servicing is the labour cost, nearly double that of other garages I have used.

I have purposely rated this as zero to get my feedback across. BMW Inchcape used to do pick up and return for the service but Group 1 Auto has now stopped this service. bMW is a luxury brand and I am happy to pay for the service at market price

I didn't get me car serviced at BMW Norwich. It was done by another th er dealership. However there a multipoint check on the car before delivery didn't spot the leak and oil cooler issue for the drivetrain which I had within days of delivery.

You point blank refused pick up or transport which was very inconvenient / time consuming for us. For a safety recall on a car we bought from you this is really poor service.
